This past winter I was asked to shoot some ice climbing and mountaineering action for Italian shoe manufacturer Asolo. It was already late in the season and weather was quite warm at the time, so me and my team put a lot of effort into researching a good place with some ice that was safe enough to shoot on.
We ended up with this gully, shooting really early in the morning; luckily we got everything we needed just in time and I walked out with what I consider one of my best ice climbing shots.
